WHO IS ARDELL
Damon began his journey in the industry as an eager apprentice carpenter, specialising in framing houses. He soon transitioned to a building company focused on high-end custom renovations and new builds, where he developed a keen attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a mindset that anything is possible.
Working across Bayside and the Eastern Suburbs, he gained extensive experience before qualifying as a carpenter.
After qualifying, Damon worked as a subcontracting carpenter and briefly as a junior supervisor. With an industrious drive and a vision for quality craftsmanship, Ardell Constructions was born.
